Ordering info

For every project we walk the client through a similar journey: whether it’s a couple of bathroom cabinets or a large-scale kitchen order.

1. First consultation: during the first consultation we meet at our showroom to go over the kitchen layout and choose suitable materials and colours together. The first meeting usually takes about an hour.
2. Second consultation: during the second consultation we meet again at our showroom. For this meeting we will already have put together photorealistic 3D images for you, using exactly the materials chosen at the first meeting, so you get the best possible visual overview of your future kitchen’s design. We also put together a price quote, which we explain in full detail on the spot.
3. On-site measuring: before we can start preparing the final drawings for the kitchen project, we first need to measure the kitchen space. We also check the location of the water and electrical connections ourselves. We take responsibility for ensuring all measurements are correct when the furniture is ordered.
4. Signing the contract: when you order a kitchen, we sign a contract with you that sets out the project deadline and includes the kitchen drawings and 3D views. Along with the contract, we also send an invoice for the deposit.
5. Furniture production: the furniture is carefully made by our experienced furniture craftsmen. Completion time for kitchens depends on the materials chosen and the factory’s workload.
6. Transport and installation: once the furniture is ready at the factory, we agree a transport and installation time with you and deliver the furniture to your apartment/house. Installation for kitchens usually takes 2-3 days in total, though there can be exceptions. On-site connection work for the kitchen is carried out by our partner — Desala itself does not carry out electrical, water, sewage or ventilation work. Once installation is complete, the installer signs the project handover certificate together with you.

A designer consultation in our showroom is FREE.

If you would like a designer consultation on site, or kitchen drawings with a detailed quote before placing an order, a project fee applies. The size of the project fee depends on the distance to the site and the complexity of the project.

NB! If you place a furniture order, we deduct the project fee from the project price.

For consultations outside Tallinn, a travel fee of 0.5 €/km is added to the price above.
